Hi Everyone!

I’m really excited to give you guys an update on Leviathan and tell you how YOU can get involved. Our website is currently being rebuilt with an emphasis on streamlining the features, adding new graphics, and making the Leviathan experience more accessible and usable on mobile devices.

We have engaged an amazing artist named Oliver Guinbey (check out his work here: https://www.artstation.com/oliver) to help us redefine the look and feel of Leviathan. If you dig into the link, you’ll see how meticulously Oliver researches his artwork and draws upon real world inspiration to build his gorgeous creations. We are really excited to work with Oliver as his body of work embraces the photorealistic look for fantasy art that we’ve always tried to adhere to with Leviathan. Oliver’s first task is to create the central graphic you see on our website. One of the truly beautiful aspects of audio drama is the fact that we all carry different images of the story in our heads. Capt. Jeffery Tulley may look different to me than to you, and we can both be right. So while I maintain a steadfast prohibition against ever showing any character faces, I’m really excited about fleshing out some of the locations, space/underwater craft, and artifacts of Leviathan. To that end, we’ve made a decision to show a expansive vista of the interior of Leviathan on the front of our website.

That’s where you come in.

I created a Pintrest page on which I posted some images I pulled from the web that have inspired me as I write Leviathan. I’d really love to see some of the images that you, our fans, might see on the internet that resemble YOUR vision of Leviathan. It can be images of what you think Leviathan City looks like in your head, or images that resemble the Condor, the Nankatsu mechs, Sutton Manor, Anton’s dart gun, the Blackdoor Group or anything else that you really liked from the story.

My hope is that many of you will post images to our page to help give Oliver a broader sense of feel for what Leviathan is to all of us, to help him build his artwork for the website. Oliver will be working on some other graphic assets for Leviathan so the more we can provide him with, the better.

This is the public Leviathan Pintrest Page:

In other updates, production on the The Code (Jason Sterling’s origin story) is well underway. I’ll be flying to NYC shortly to begin the editing sessions with Robin and Luke, while Nobi currently finishes the remaining casting and getting actor’s performances. It’s a big episode clocking in at 90 page script so there’s a lot of wood to chop. I’m hoping that we can finish it in the next 6-8 weeks to coincide with the launch of our new website. At that point, we will begin in earnest the remaining work that is needed to bring Season 2 out to you.

I really hope you’ll have fun posting to our Pintrest page. In time, I’ll share some of the other uses of our graphic assets that are SUPER EXCITING, but not ready to be publicly shared. But for now, putting together a kick ass, modernized website is a priority and I hope you’ll help us bring it to fruition.

Thank you guys for all your support. It’s been so fun to dive back into this work of fiction and foster amazing connections with all of you that have subscribed and supported Leviathan as well as myself all these years. I hope everyone is having a great start to 2018 and I look forward to giving you more updates soon!!

An epic podcast with a brilliant plot, great narration and an amazing cast! An audio drama (rather than a "mere" audio book) indeed. Thank you, Christof, and the entire LC team and cast for all the work you have done to provide your listeners with so much high-class entertainment!...
